Diamond claims Lovely has been residing with her at her Los Angeles home since she was born.
Chris Brown's ex Diamond Brown is reportedly seeking physical and legal custody of the four-year-old daughter she shares with the R&B singer.
Diamond filed a paternity suit against Chris, 36, over their daughter Lovely Symphani Brown last month, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
In the filing, Diamond allegedly requested physical and legal custody of Lovely but did suggest Chris have visitation of their daughter.
The document says Lovely has been living with her mother at her Los Angeles home since she was born. A voluntary declaration Chris made acknowledging paternity of Lovely was also included as an exhibit.
Diamond also requested to be awarded legal fees in this case.
The paternity suit was filed on April 3 - just weeks before Chris confirmed the arrival of a son with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Brown for comment but did not immediately hear back.
In late April, Chris and Jada confirmed they had welcomed a baby boy - their first child together but his fourth overall.
The model, 26, shared a triptych of black-and-white photos on her Instagram profile alongside the caption: 'Purest love.'
He left a comment on her post to celebrate the occasion and wrote, 'Taurus GANG,' alongside the matching astrology symbol and red heart emojis.
Since January, there had been swirling rumors that Wallace was pregnant with her and Brown's first child.
The first two photos were snapshots from a maternity shoot, in which she showed off her baby bump while wearing white, lacy lingerie paired with an open blazer and slicked-back hair.
The last image was taken in the hospital and was a close-up of their baby boy cradled in her chest as she fed him with a bottle.

Chris is already father to three children with three other separate partners.
The Grammy winner shares 11-year-old daughter Royalty with model Nia Guzman, 42.
Additionally, he is father to son Aeko, six, with another model Ammika Harris, 32, as well as four-year-old daughter Lovely with Diamond.
Chris has been romantically linked to Jada since December 2024, when they were spotted leaving a party together in South Africa.
The couple have kept their relationship relatively private and have avoided making any public comments about Jada's pregnancy prior to her announcing the birth of their baby via social media.
The pair made headlines just weeks earlier when Diamond had a public confrontation with Jada over Chris.

In mid-February, Diamond shaded her baby's father and his current girlfriend in an Instagram Story post, per The Shade Room.
'Leave me and mines alone,' she wrote in all caps as she tagged Brown and told him to focus on his responsibilities. 'Worry about your new baby on the way!'
She followed up with another post with a lengthy message, claiming that Brown 'blew up [her] man's phone and his brother's and started making threats.'
Jada publicly confronted Diamond and suggested that she was airing out their private business to garner attention.
She called Chris' ex 'lame for running to the internet' and trying to 'air business out like [she's] not the one that's stopping him from seeing his daughter [and] never answering the phone.'
Jada also said she was not trying to 'ruin' the relationship between Chris and Diamond, putting quotation marks around the word relationship.
Chris also took to his own social media to address the heated rivalry and simply wrote: 'I ain't playing no internet games.'
In other news, a member of Chris' security team was allegedly fired after he shot at a woman's car outside of the singer's home last week, TMZ reported on Monday.
The outlet first reported last week that a member of Chris' security staff was arrested after he fired a C02-style gun at a woman's vehicle.
The woman was allegedly asked to leave after she appeared near Chris' property. However, she allegedly refused, and an argument ensued at the front gate.
She then allegedly drove over the guard's foot after she got inside her car, and he fired the weapon.
The police were called and the guard was ultimately arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.
TMZ reports Brown was at home at the time but was not involved in the incident.
Chris previously denied the initial report of the shooting, stating on his Instagram Stories: 'AT THIS POINT THIS PATTERN IS OLD. I'm looking at the news like the rest of yall wondering when and where the hell this happened. I been in my crib this whole time. Ain't heard a gunshot, police car, or anything. DONT ATTACH MY NAME TO NONE OF THE BULLS**T. I got s**t to do!'
The Daily Mail has contacted his representatives for comment over the newest update.
