Olympic swimmer Ariarne Titmus has answered everything her fans want to know about her, from her coffee order to her favourite hobby outside of swimming.

The 20-year-old - who won two individual gold medals in the 200m and 400m freestyle at the Tokyo Olympics - is doing 14 days of quarantine in Howard Springs with the other Australian swimmers, including Cate Campbell, Emma McKeon and Zac Stubblety-Cook.

In the Q&A shared on her Instagram page, Ariarne revealed that the event she is 'most proud of' is winning gold in the 400m freestyle against US swimmer Katie Ledecky.

Ariarne (pictured winning the 200m freestyle final) credits the Speedo Opal goggles ($40) as being her favourite pair to both race and train in

'[In terms of race execution], I am one hundred per cent most proud of the 400m,' Ariarne wrote.

'I never thought I'd ever even split a 400.'

'Splits' refers to the way in which a swimmer times a race.

Ariarne surged and got faster in the final 100m to overtake Ledecky and secure the gold medal.

Ariarne said one of her favourite memories from the Tokyo Olympics was getting to share 'special memories' with her coach Dean Boxall.

'The hardest challenge was controlling my emotions,' she said. 'I didn't want to waste energy on that and ruin the rest of my program.'

She says her Speedo Opal goggles ($40) as being her favourite pair to both race and train in.

Ariarne's days are spent eating, resting, working out, and trying to knit, which 'isn't quite going to plan'.

The 20-year-old shared a photo of Monday's workout, which includes toe touches, leg lowers, V-sit crunches, burpees and bicep curls.

'I feel like I've almost put my life on hold for swimming,' Ariarne said of the Olympics.

'A challenge has been balancing studying as well as training. I'm looking forward to getting back into it next year.'

Ariarne famously secured two Olympic gold victories inside 48 hours with the 400m and 200m freestyle events.

This marked only the first and second time her nemesis Katie Ledecky has lost individual finals in her three Olympic outings.

The Tasmanian-born swimmer wasn't the only Australian woman to enjoy huge success in the pool at the Olympic Games, with Emma McKeon becoming Australia's greatest Olympian after sweeping the board with seven medals in Tokyo.
