The British TV presenter, 40, looked effortlessly chic as she donned a black maxi dress that boasted a sheer corset bodice.

The beauty, who had her white lace bra on full display, opted for covering up a little with a large beige coat and donned a pair of sheer black tights.

To further elevate her height, Alexa donned a pair of pastel blue heels and toted her essentials around in a cherry red handbag.

To finish off the look, the stunner styled her brunette locks in loose waves and adorned a glowy makeup look.

It comes after Alexa enjoyed a night out at Broadwick Soho in December.

The fellow model looked as chic as ever in a long black leather coat.

She accessorised her stylish look with a bright red bag and silver necklace and wore her dark tresses pinned back.

It comes after last year it was revealed that her skincare range had amassed losses of almost £500,000, according to Daily Mail's Richard Eden.

It comes after last year Alexa and her rumoured fiancé Tom Sturridge wore mystery rings on their engagement fingers as she supported him on the Widow Clicquot red carpet.

The model and the actor, 37, sparked engagement rumours once more as they stepped out for the 18th Rome Film Festival at the Auditorium Parco Della Musica with matching rings.

Alexa looked as fashionable as ever in an all-leather ensemble including a chic coat tied at the waist.

Leading man Tom looked smart in a black suit as Alexa supported him on the big evening.

The affectionate couple were spotted laughing and smiling with one another, with Alexa flashing her ring as she gestured to him mid-conversation.

As she ran her fingers through her hair, the ring was once again on full display.

They appeared smitten as Tom wrapped his arm around her, putting on a loved-up display of PDA as he revealed he was wearing a ring of his own.

Back in June last year, Alexa was spotted with a ring on her wedding finger, leading people to speculate that they are engaged.

The son of award-winning film director Charles Sturridge, Tom seems open to marriage, while Alexa for her part, previously mused: 'I just don't get why marriage is different from non-marriage — I just don't get it.'

Tom and Alexa went public with their romance last July when they attended day seven of the Wimbledon Championships.

In a nod to their very unique set-up, in their first public outing, they were joined by Sienna, who looked joyous while sitting in front of the couple.

Tom previously dated Sienna Miller for four years and split in 2015 and share daughter Marlow, 10. They are still on good terms, with Sienna calling Tom her 'best friend'.

Sienna has given her seal of approval for her ex and Alexa and in December told Vogue UK: 'I'm really happy for them. It's genuinely lovely.'

The Layer Cake actress even joked about their co-parenting situation and revealed that their daughter Marlowe has brought one of Alexa's jumpers home, which she has since claimed for herself. Sienna quipped: 'I've got one upstairs!'

Following their split in 2015, it was claimed Sienna and Tom had different goals.

A source said: 'Tom wanted to get married and have more children. Sienna didn't.

'This year everything exploded with Tom in London and Sienna leading a separate life in the US and [her appearance at] Cannes'.
