West Star Aviation’s Perryville, MO (PCD), facility continues to expand its Hawker maintenance capabilities, building strong momentum as a growing resource for Hawker operators throughout the Midwest and across the West Star Aviation network.

Since July 2024, the Perryville team has completed 44 Hawker maintenance events, including eight 48/96-month inspections covering E, F, and G inspection requirements. This marks significant growth for the PCD facility and reflects West Star’s continued investment in airframe-specific expertise, staffing, and customer support.

Focused Hawker Experience at PCD

West Star Aviation is FAA certified, trained, and experienced on most Hawker models, with capabilities that include airframe, engine, and APU inspections, repairs, modifications, component support, avionics installations, and interior and exterior refurbishment services. West Star’s Perryville facility supports maintenance, modifications, and refurbishment capabilities for a wide range of business aircraft and includes more than 120,000 sq. ft. of hangar and office space, including a 28,000 sq. ft. paint facility with downdraft filtration.

At PCD, Hawker experience is being expanded with a dedicated and growing team. The facility now has 13 dedicated Hawker technicians, which allows maintenance coverage on nights and weekends to better support customer schedules and aircraft downtime requirements.

Leadership and Continued Growth

To support this growth, West Star Aviation has promoted Brett Beier to Hawker team lead at Perryville and is also expected to add a new maintenance lead in the near future. This planned growth further strengthens the ability to support scheduled inspections, maintenance events, and operator needs.
