Chrissy Teigen and John Legend dressed up as the leading characters of The Idol for Halloween.

Two days after the holiday, the 37-year-old model took to Instagram to show off her and her musician husband's couple's costume as Jocelyn and Tedros from the cancelled HBO drama series.

In the photos, Teigen and the 12-time Grammy winner, 44, could be seen modeling a variety of outfits identical to what Lily-Rose Depp and The Weeknd, also known as Abel Tesfaye, wore in the now-cancelled show.

The television personality — who also shared photos of herself dressed as Pippi Longstocking and posing with her kids on the actual holiday — wrote in her caption that 'the greatest love story ever told' was 'gone too soon'. 

Teigen posed in three of the most memorable outfits Depp wore while portraying her pop star character, Jocelyn on The Idol from streaming giant Max, formerly HBO. 

She also sported a blonde wig as well as glamorous makeup featuring dramatic, jet black eyeliner and an overlined pout.

In the cover photo of herself posing with her husband, she donned a nearly sheer, bright red crop top with a knitted halter style.

She also wore a black leather miniskirt adorned with colorful designs as she posed just like the lead character in a number of memorable shots.

Later, she also changed into a rendition of Jocelyn's music video with a racy, bubblegum pink corset top and metallic hot pants.

She added hot pink extensions to her platinum blonde wig for this outfit and opted for a more graphic eyeliner look just like in the show. 

She also did a third look for this Halloween costume and wore a sexy, satin red robe with black lace details as Depp did in the series. 

She also posed for a sultry snap with Legend — who donned a zebra print button-down and wore a wig with a 'rat tail' braid just like Tedros' character. 

He wore the patterned top unbuttoned to reveal his otherwise casual and all-black attire. 

In the photos, Legend posed like the character and was seen holding a glass. He also sported a pair of ombre, brown-tinted aviator sunglasses.

He also iconically did a second look and wore Tedros' bird button-down with black velvet pants and a cheetah-print headband over a tousled wig. 

The Idol premiered over the summer in June and ran for five episodes before the first season concluded without a sequel being greenlit.
