Does anyone have any idea how i can fix?

Hello! I am new to GTA Forums so i have been meaning to ask, since maybe i will be in for some luck.
As you can see in the photo above, i tried to port Johnny's Phone from TLAD to Vanilla GTA 4, but whenever i do, it defaults to the vanilla cellphone keypad and not the one present in TLAD... thing is... I got both the TLAD and TBoGT DLCs on hand, and i've been searching for "phone3d_dial.wtd" and "phone3d_hq.wtd" which are strangely absent from the TLAD's "scripttxds.img" file... tried to look for the other files too, but no dice.
If anyone happens happens to be tech savvy and knows how I can fix this, or has some files on hand exactly for that, then i'd be more than grateful! 
Any help is appreciated, so please, if you can, maybe the possiblity of making a mod for Johnny's Phone like Luis' IS possible, but i really, really need some help... ANY help, thank you for your time. (and if it is a simple fix and i am a dummy, then that's entirely on me! ^^")
