INDIANAPOLIS – One ramp reopens and another closes as the I-65 Safety and Efficiency project continues just southeast of downtown Indianapolis. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the ramp from northbound I-65 to Morris and Prospect streets is expected to reopen by Friday night (June 26).
