Will a “big family” effort be the key to delivering Corvette’s first Le Mans class victory since 2023? TF Sport boss Tom Ferrier thinks the ingredients are finally in place.

His organization, now aligned with two additional Corvette running teams for this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship centerpiece, will oversee an impressive four Corvette Z06 GT3.R entries at the 94th 24 Hours of Le Mans on June 13–14.

For the second consecutive year, TF Sport is supporting the 13 Autosport squad, which secured its Le Mans slot after Orey Fidani earned the Bob Akin Award in the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Joining them is Malaysian outfit JMR, which entered the Corvette fold last season through a full GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS campaign. JMR has now taken over the automatic Le Mans invitation TF earned by winning the LMGT3 title in the European Le Mans Series.

With four cars on the grid, Corvette becomes the second most represented manufacturer in LMGT3 behind Ferrari — a presence Ferrier believes is strengthened by the collaborative spirit among the three teams.

“We are pretty involved [with JMR] like we are with 13 Autosport,” Ferrier told SportsCar365. “We are all together in the pit lane, sharing equipment, spares, management. There’s a roughly 70-30 split on the No. 2 car between the JMR guys and our guys. It’s been nice working with them. It is really good for Corvette to have all their crews and main players involved in Le Mans. It’s obviously their first time here, so there’s a bit to learn, but it’s been very smooth for us so far.”

Sunday marked the first time all four Corvette entries operated together, and Ferrier expects the combined effort to accelerate progress throughout the week.

“We do it across the GM program,” he said. “It’s a kind of a shared data and engineering set. GM have brought a lot of people here with Corvette Racing — it’s a big happy family. We’ll try and learn as much as we can in as little time as we can, really.”

With TF Sport’s No. 81 car finishing third last year, Ferrier believes the expanded structure gives Corvette a legitimate shot at something bigger.

“I think we’ll be stronger this year,” he said. “So why not [aim for victory]? But there’s a long way to go and a lot to still happen.”
