So 140 management employees laid off with probably decent paychecks. How many will stick around IL with so many companies moving and IL unemployment rate tops in Midwest?

Most to all of them. People get laid off all the time and they don’t move out of state.

Portillo’s is finding out , like even bigger players in the game such as Wendy’s currently shredding restaurants like a snake shedding its skin, it’s hard to turn a profit between food/ utility costs, taxes and employees that expect $25/ hour and six weeks paid time off/ year .
