Dart easy out PR points he can make, such as he’s simply following IL law, and he may opt to say he supports sanctuary state status. Legally his task may be more complex, will be interesting to follow this.

Tom might find himself in a sticky predicament where’s in handcuffs, facing a Trump appointed judge, in federal court, pleading not guilty to harboring a criminal. He might find himself without bail too, because the federal system has no cash bail either. But unlike the no cash bail in the state court system, few leave federal custody in the fed’s no cash bail system.
