The statistics put forth re the number of people on EM that should be behind bars and those that are AWOL are truly stomach churning. Pritzger made noise about “ tweaking “ he and Kwame’s holistic/Marxist scheme to keep people out of prison that obviously belong there and has done nothing.

Shouldn’t that be a no brainer on electronic monitoring. A violent criminal is just that and to think an monitor is going to stop someone from killing or crippling someone is just plain stupid
