While at EBAday in Copenhagen, David Callanan, Head of Payments, Strategy and Operations, PTSB spoke to FinextraTV about how to retain reliability and trust in payments, as things continue to change. Callanan expressed optimism about the way trust is improving, and described an issue they faced and the key strategies they implemented in order to improve the issues within their technology stacks. Key to this change was a need for minimal disruption and a frictionless process that still allows for security and compliance.
