My miDGT app used to have 3 bars in the top left to choose option such as fines etc. The app now only shows basic information about my licence and vehicles with no other options available. I need to change my post box address, how do I do this now?

No just trying to change my correspondence address to receive any advisories or fines etc.

My app still shows the 3 bars in top left corner from which you can access everything?

No idea if this would cause an issue but did you use a digital certificate to setup the account access, if so is it still valid?

Thats a good question as it needs renewing every three years I think. We gave ours to our solicitor and I use the CL@VE instead, its really simple and I have it for SUMA and other stuff as well.
