Invest Durban, the marketing & promotions division of eThekwini Municipality was invited to attend the recent Diamond Arrow Awards to recieve three awards for their outstanding work in their sector to stimulate development and economic growth both within KwaZulu Natal & internationally.

Russell Curtis, the CEO of Invest Durban accepted the awards as the overall winners in the categories; Institutions doing the most to stimulate growth & development of the KwaZulu Natal Province, Institutions doing most to enhance and promote sustainable development practices and Institutions doing most to attract foreign investment.

The awards received were all Outstanding 1st Place Overall and judging was rated by a random, provincial sample of 200 respondents comprising of CEO’s, MD’s business owners, company directors and managers and senior gov officials based in the KZN Province.

The Diamond Arrow Awards are an annual PMR-Africa Award designed to serve as a global marketing tool for companies, departments or institutions. They aim to promote excellence in the industry, establish benchmarks and offer opportunities to recognise dedicated teams or divisions.
