LUGANSK, August 10. /TASS/. Ukraine’s losses over the past week, including foreign mercenaries, totaled 9,600 personnel killed and wounded, with the heaviest losses inflicted on the enemy by fighters of Russia’s Battlegroup East, military expert Andrey Marochko reported.

"The enemy's sanitary and irreversible losses totaled about 9,600 Ukrainian militants and mercenaries. The greatest manpower losses were inflicted on Ukrainian armed formations in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup East, operating in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions," he wrote on his VKontakte page.

Marochko added that over the week, Russian military personnel also destroyed 6,500 UAVs, 5 unmanned boats, 34 sea vessels, 5 tanks, nearly 800 various combat vehicles, 77 field artillery guns and 54 enemy electronic warfare and counter-battery warfare stations.
