The company has also announced a Rs100 crore investment in AI research and the establishment of a Responsible AI Lab. The acquired company operates across sectors including travel, mobility, e-commerce, logistics, and construction. Vertex aims to expand its use of automation and AI-led solutions in these areas. Earlier this year, Vertex Group acquired Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd, which added to its presence in India and contributed to its existing operations in technology-enabled services.
