MOSCOW, August 7. /TASS/. Russian hackers have obtained documentary proof of NATO’s direct involvement in strikes on Russian territory, according to materials an anonymous group provided to TASS.

The hackers gained access to documents concerning Ukrainian strikes on oil terminals in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad Regions in July.

TASS has compiled the key facts available so far.

Contents of documents

- Russian hackers gained access to documents concerning Ukrainian strikes on oil terminals in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions in July.

- They told TASS that the correspondence and documents reveal who supplied the precise coordinates of the facilities and who "incited Ukraine to commit acts of terror" in Russian regions.

NATO specialists’ involvement

- Hybrid warfare specialist Bart De Wachter provided the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) with coordinates of oil terminals in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad Regions, the hackers told TASS.

- He currently works for HAVN (Hybrid Analyze Vigilant Network), an organization linked to NATO Special Operations Forces and intelligence, according to the materials.

- The hackers said De Wachter sent an SBU representative intelligence containing the coordinates of a Gazprom tanker transporting liquefied natural gas.

- The documents indicate that De Wachter proposed holding an online meeting with an SBU International Cooperation Center representative named Ivan. His intelligence superior, Martin, was also expected to attend.

SBU involvement

- Ivan, in turn, suggested adding his expert, SBU Major Mikhail Marchenko, to the correspondence.

- The correspondence described Marchenko as an experienced specialist whose main areas of expertise include "hybrid threats, espionage, sabotage and information operations in modern conflicts."

Attack on St. Petersburg

- On July 4, air defenses repelled an attack by Ukrainian UAVs on an oil terminal in St. Petersburg’s Kirovsky district.

- Drone debris also fell near the port of Vysotsk in the Leningrad Region.

- The resulting technical disruptions were resolved, and no one was injured.
