Physical natural gas prices diverged Friday for weekend and Monday flow as strong gains across the Northeast contrasted with broader weakness in producing regions and much of the Lower 48. Regional power demand supported New England and Mid-Atlantic markets, while comfortable national supply fundamentals kept pressure on the broader cash market.
