Improved the restricted content experience in the Base Enhanced Select to preserve existing values when users do not have access to linked content, instead of disabling the option. Restricted selections now appear as a locked “Restricted story” option that can be retained or re-selected without exposing restricted information.
Now, the field remains editable. Users can browse and select from all stories they have access to, while restricted stories are hidden from the dropdown. The currently selected value is still displayed (even if restricted), and users receive a warning before clearing it, since the original selection can't be restored. Restricted stories cannot be opened or previewed from the select field.
