The city’s detectives union put the Civilian Complaint Review Board on blast this week, displaying the names and photos of six “anti-cop activists” at the agency on a truck parked outside the group’s NYC headquarters.

The six CCRB investigators at the purportedly unbiased agency previously made negative statements about cops on social media and in other past writings. 

“We parked this billboard outside the CCRB because New Yorkers deserve to know the truth,” Detectives’ Endowment Association President Scott Munro said. “The CCRB has become a haven for anti-cop activists masquerading as investigators.”

He said radicals within the police watchdog agency — which is supposed to investigate civilian complaints against cops — have made it their mission to to “go after detectives, damage careers and make the job of protecting this city even harder.”

The six were among eight CCRB employees the Police Benevolent Association, the city’s largest police union, targeted in a May 7 letter demanding their dismissal over social media posts and college essays the union called “blatant evidence of anti-police bias.”

Some investigators posted “A.C.A.B.” — an anti-police acronym for “All Cops Are Bastards” on social media, and others opined in essays about the complete elimination of police, according to the PBA.

The CCRB told a group of City Council members in June that it was investigating the allegations. A board spokesman said Friday that the probe was ongoing.

“The CCRB is committed to conducting fair and impartial investigations,” spokesman Dakota Gardner said. “The Agency takes allegations of bias extremely seriously, and the investigation into this complaint remains ongoing.”

But one law enforcement source said cops are doomed before they even walk into the agency’s offices.

“It’s like a kangaroo court in there,” the source said.

“If you go and sit in front of people who already hate you when you walk in, how is that fair?” the source asked. “These are the same people who cry ‘equity for everyone,’ but that doesn’t count if you have a blue uniform on.”
