Storm damage sends Rensselaer County into state of emergency

Heavy rain hit the Capital Region on Wednesday, with areas of Rensselaer County being hit particularly hard. In Castleton-on-Hudson, a 300-year-old grist mill was completely washed out by the Muitzes Kill.
