This is a regularly $1,399 configuration at just shy of $375 off the list price. It is indeed a refurb unit with a 90-day warranty, but we are also talking about a pretty deep discount on a device that has not seen many deals in new condition at all over the last month or two. The same machine is selling for $1,328 at Amazon right now. 

As far as new condition M5 iPad Pro deals go, the best discount we are seeing right now has the 13-inch 512GB model at $1,549.99 shipped via Amazon, which is $149 off the $1,699 list price you’ll pay at Apple.
