Prone Positioning in Infants With Acute Bronchiolitis

This randomized trial assesses the effect of prone positioning in infants with moderate to severe bronchiolitis receiving high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) support on the need for escalation of care to noninvasive or invasive ventilation within 72 hours.
