Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov focused on the expanded geography of Kiev’s terrorist activities, the situation around Wildberries following Ukrainian attacks on the Russian e-commerce retailer’s warehouses, and contacts with the United States at a news briefing on Tuesday.

TASS has compiled the key takeaways from his statements.

- Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting with Federation Council (upper house) Speaker Valentina Matviyenko later on Tuesday.

- Putin is also planning to hold a number of other working meetings, some of which may be open to the press.

This move is deserving of kudos."
